      Experience iconic Tasmanian scenery from the magical and remote Three Capes over four incredible days of hiking. During this 4-day-3-night walk, you'll cover 33 kilometres of clifftop wilderness, witness an array of native wildlife at home among eucalypt forests, dense rainforests and coastal heathland and admire the incredible colours of coastal Tasmania from the decks of a private wilderness cruise.

      This moderately challenging walk leads through diverse natural landscapes with exhilarating clifftop outlooks on Cape Pillar, Cape Hauy and breathtaking views to Cape Raoul, Tasman Island and further south to Shipstern Bluff and Bruny Island. Your hike will take you past the enormous dunes and crystal clear waters of Crescent Bay, to the summit of Mount Brown, Arthurs Peak and Mount Fortescue. Throughout the trek, you will experience some challenging uphill and downhill sections and traverse some rocky terrain. You will also visit the World Heritage-listed Port Arthur Historic Site, Australia's most intact and evocative convict site, an essential heritage experience offering amazing insights into our nation’s past. The walk culminates in a 3-hour award winning Wilderness Cruise providing an alternative perspective on the striking coastal scenery and wildlife.

      Accommodation is included each night at Stewarts Bay Lodge, a 9 hectare (22 acres) property on the shores of Stewarts Bay. The Lodge is surrounded by white-sand beaches, crystal clear ocean waters and beautiful woodlands and takes advantage of spectacular views.

You'll then cover 46 kilometres of natural landscape with exhilarating cliff top outlooks on Cape Pillar, Cape Hauy and stunning views to Cape Raoul.       This moderate graded walk traverses varied terrain through natural landscapes including ancient cliffs, fragrant forest, colourful heathlands, white sanded beach, and bronzed moorlands. Cruising from Port Arthur to set off your journey, you'll have opportunities to spot whales, dolphins or fur seals while enjoying the fresh salty air. Walk side by side up mosaic stone steps taking in exhilarating clifftop outlooks on Cape Pillar, Cape Hauy and Cape Raoul. Revel in the fragrant eucalypt forests and stop at crystal clear waters of Crescent Bay for a dip. Throughout the hike, you will experience some challenging uphill and downhill sections and traverse some rocky terrain, including climbing Arthurs Peak (300m) and Mount Fortescue (490m) and the challenge of scaling The Blade at Cape Pillar.

      You will have exclusive use of the only private Lodge accommodation along the track. The two lodges are architecturally designed to sit lightly within the environment with stunning views. The Lodges do not forego creature comforts such as hot showers, with plenty of lounge areas and a dedicated relaxation area at Munro Lodge. There is also a Relaxation Pavilion at Cape Pillar Lodge offering Li'Tya treatments, for a little rejuvenation & healing!
